Oversaw the implementation and administration of the corporate safety programs for all operations within the company. My staff and I were able to compile over the last three years, a 67.5% reduction in Total Recordable Injury Rates and a 64% reduction in Lost Time Injuries worldwide.
Implemented Corporate Maritime Security programs
Implemented the International Ship Management (ISM) Code for safe operations and environmental processes associated with a fleet of 155 vessels operating under nine different flag states.
Implemented the Company’s emergency response plans, domestic and international.
