Oversaw the implementation and administration of the corporate safety programs for all operations within the company. My staff and I were able to compile over the last three years, a 67.5% reduction in Total Recordable Injury Rates and a 64% reduction in Lost Time Injuries worldwide.
Implemented Corporate Maritime Security programs
Implemented the International Ship Management (ISM) Code for safe operations and environmental processes associated with a fleet of 155 vessels operating under nine different flag states.
Implemented the Company’s emergency response plans, domestic and international.
Managed the certification process to the ISO 9000 standard of the Corporate Headquarters and the two main operating offices in Nyon, Switzerland and Dubai, UAE.
